摘要
使用刨花板、PVC薄膜、PUR胶黏剂和平贴机,在相同加工环境下分析有背涂和无背涂的PVC薄膜平贴刨花板后膜与板件的剥离强度和木破率情况,研究有无背涂2种PVC薄膜平贴刨花板后产品的质量稳定性。结果表明,有背涂的PVC薄膜进行平贴加工质量稳定性明显优于没有背涂的PVC薄膜。
The stability of product quality after coating two kinds of PVC film flat-pasted particleboard with or without back coating were studied, in the same processing environment, the peeling strength and wood breaking rate of the back-coated and non-backcoated PVC film flat-pasted particleboard were analyzed. The results indicated that the quality stability of PVC film with back coating was better than that of PVC film without back coating.
