摘要
为了提高珍贵树种木材利用率和增加木制品附加值,塑膜增强柔性装饰薄木应运而生,产品具有很强的应用价值和广阔的市场前景。总结“十三五”期间新型塑膜增强柔性薄木制备工艺的研究进展,阐明不同种类塑膜增强柔性装饰薄木的可行性及适用性,分析塑膜增强柔性装饰薄木饰面应用的产业化优势和亟待解决的技术问题,并对其技术与应用发展趋势进行展望。
In order to improve the utilization rate of precious wood species and increase the added value of wood products,plastic-film reinforced pliable decorative veneer(PRPDSV)has been developed.These products have strong application value and broad market prospects.This paper reviewed the preparation,application status,and research progress of new products developed during the 13^(th) Five Year Plan period.The feasibility and applicability of different kinds of PRPDSV was analyzed.The specific industrial application progress of PRPDSV was expounded.Both the industrial advantages and technical problems of plastic film reinforced flexible decorative veneer were summarized.The development trend of its technology and application was prospected.
