摘要
随着“中国棉花生产看新疆”的局面已全面形成,新疆棉花生产对于促进我国棉花产业蓬勃发展有着极其重要的作用。当前新疆棉花植棉面积、产量稳定,生产布局逐渐优化,棉花品质有所提升,但也存在棉花品种“多杂乱”现象、生产环境逐渐恶化、生产成本投入高、棉农技术素养低、机采棉质量较差等问题。针对制约新疆棉花生产发展的因素,从管理棉种、改善环境、降低成本、加强队伍建设、提高机采质量五个方面出发,提出切实有效的对策建议,以期促进新疆棉花提质增效,实现新疆棉花生产的高质量发展。
As the situation of“cotton production in China looks at Xinjiang”has been fully formed,Xinjiang cotton production plays an extremely important role in promoting the vigorous development of cotton industry in China.At present,the cotton planting area and output of cotton in Xinjiang are stable,the production layout is gradually optimized,and the quality of cotton is improved.However,there are also many problems such as the phenomenon of“multiple and messy”cotton varieties,the production environment is gradually deteriorating,the production cost is high,the technical literacy of cotton farmers is low,and poor quality of machine-picked cotton.Aiming at the factors restricting the development of cotton production in Xinjiang,from the five aspects of managing cotton seeds,improving the environment,reducing costs,strengthening team building,and improving the quality of machine harvesting,put forward practical and effective countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the quality and efficiency of cotton in Xinjiang,to achieve high-quality development of cotton production in Xinjiang.
