摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定6种美白成分。方法:以甲醇为提取溶剂,采用C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾作为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为25℃;检测波长为260 nm。结果:烟酸、曲酸、烟酰胺、咖啡酸、咖啡因和丹皮酚线性关系良好(r=0.9999),低、中、高3个添加水平的平均回收率(n=6)为90.3%~113.7%,RSD为0.60%~3.4%,24 h内稳定性RSD为0.35%~1.3%,稳定性良好,目标成分分离度满足要求。结论:方法灵敏,准确度和精密度高,操作简便,可用于同时测定祛斑美白化妆品中6种美白成分。
Objective:To develop a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of six whitening components.Methods:Methanol was used as the extraction solvent,a C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used,and methanol-0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate was used as the mobile phase for gradient elution;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the column temperature was 25℃;detection wavelength is 260 nm.Results:Niacin,kojic acid,nicotinamide,caffeic acid,caffeine and paeonol have a great linear correlation(r=0.9999),and the average recovery rate(n=6)of low,medium and high levels is 90.3%~113.7%,with RSD of 0.60%~3.4%.The RSD of stability within 24 hours is 0.35%~1.3%,which is good,and the resolution of target components fulfills the requirements.Conclusion:The method has good sensitivity,high accuracy,and precision.The operation is easily available.It can be used for the simultaneous determination of 6 whitening ingredients in Freund whitening cosmetics.
