液相色谱法测定美白类化妆品中的阿魏酸、苯乙基间苯二酚、辛酰水杨酸 被引量:7

Determination of Ferulic Acid, Phenylethyl Resorcinol and Capryloyl Salicylic Acid in Whitening Cosmetics by HPLC

摘要 建立了液相色谱测定美白类化妆品中阿魏酸、苯乙基间苯二酚、辛酰水杨酸含量的方法。样品经过甲醇超声提取后,用Aglient Extend-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm)分离,以乙腈-5 mmol/L癸烷磺酸钠(含质量分数0.1%磷酸)作为流动相梯度洗脱,PDA检测器检测。阿魏酸、苯乙基间苯二酚、辛酰水杨酸在质量浓度0.5~50 mg/L范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,其检出限为3.3 mg/kg,定量限为10.0 mg/kg。在不同类型的空白化妆品中进行加标回收试验,方法的回收率在89.4%~106.5%之间,方法的相对标准偏差在1.18%~5.67%之间。此方法前处理简单,分析准确,适用于美白类化妆品中阿魏酸、苯乙基间苯二酚、辛酰水杨酸的测定。 A high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of ferulic acid,phenylethyl resorcinol and capryloyl salicylic acid in whitening cosmetics was developed.The sample was extracted with methanol by ultrasonic technique,and then separated on Aglient Extend-C18 chromatagraphic column(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm)with a mixture of acetonitrile-5 mmol/L sodium decanesulfonate(containing mass fraction of 0.1%phosphoric acid)as a mobile phase in gradient elution.PDA detection was adopted.Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of ferulic acid,phenylethyl resorcinol and capryloyl salicylic acid was obtained in the range of 0.5 to 50 mg/L,with detection limit(3 S/N)of 3.3 mg/kg.Test for recovery was conducted by adding standard solution to blank sample for different types of cosmetics,values of recovery and RSD(n=6)were in the range of 89.4%to106.5%and 1.18%to 5.67%,respectively.This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reliable,and could be used for the analysis of these whitening ingredients in cosmetics.
