摘要
创新实践教学改革是对应用化学专业人才培养提出的新要求,依据洛阳理工学院“两性一型”的办学定位及应用型人才培养目标和要求,应用化学专业结合自身特点,构建以培养应用能力为导向的多层次实践教学体系,推行本科生科研助理,参加学科、互联网+、创新创业大赛,加强校内外实习、实训基地建设,施行双导师制下完成毕业设计和实习环节,提升“双师型”师资比例等系列创新实践教学改革措施,实现高素质应用型人才培养的目标。
Innovative reform of practice teaching is a new requirement for the cultivation of applied talents in Applied Chemistry.According to the orientation of Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology and the training objectives and requirements of applied talents,a multi-level practical teaching system guiding for cultivating students’application ability was constructed for Applied Chemistry major which was very fitted with its own characteristics.A series of innovative practical teaching reform measures were practiced in Applied Chemistry major to achieve the goal of training high-quality applied talents,such as the implementation of undergraduate research assistants,organization and participation in the competition of subject,internet plus,innovation and entrepreneurship,the strengthened construction of practice and training base inside and outside the school,and the double tutor system for completing the graduation design and practice,and the increasing proportion of“double division type”in teachers.
