摘要
某型压气机定子铸造过程复杂、周期长、成本高。为了解决这一问题,借助ProCAST软件对定子的铸造方案进行数值模拟并分析缺陷产生的原因。根据缺陷位置提出从浇注系统结构及工艺参数两方面进行方案的优化。最后通过熔模铸造工艺生产出合格的Inconel718C高温合金定子铸件。研究结果表明,通过优化可以有效减少铸件的缩孔缺陷。优化后的工艺参数为:浇注温度1480℃、型壳温度1200℃。
The stator casting process of a compressor was complicated, the period was long, the cost was high. In order to solve this problem, the casting scheme of stator was numerically simulated by ProCAST software and the causes of defects were analyzed. According to the defect position, the scheme was optimized from two aspects: pouring system structure and process parameters. Finally, the qualified Inconel718C superalloy stator castings were produced by investment casting process.The results show that the shrinkage cavity can be reduced by optimization. The optimized process parameters are casting temperature of 1480 ℃ and shell temperature of 1200 ℃.
