摘要
大型复杂薄壁铸件的铸造成形一直是制造界的难题之一,高温合金的大型复杂薄壁铸件的铸造成形尤其困难。反重力铸造是生产优质薄壁铸件的理想方法。综合论述了真空吸铸、低压铸造、差压铸造和调压铸造等反重力铸造技术的工艺原理、发展概况、特点和应用情况,分析了高温合金薄壁铸件反重力铸造技术的研究现状,指出了反重力铸造技术在高温合金大型复杂薄壁铸件上应用存在的技术瓶颈,提出了解决方案并就其发展方向给出了建议。
The casting forming of large-sized complicated thin-walled castings has been one of notorious problem, especially the casting of superalloy with high melting point and wide solidification interval. Counter gravity casting (CGC) belongs to a acceptable choice for production of high quality thin-walled castings. The processing principle, developing status, characteristics and applications were reviewed for counter gravity casting including vacuum suction, low pressure casting, differential pressure casting and adjusted-pressure casting. Present status of CGC application to superalloy large complicated thin-walled casting was surveyed. Subsequently, the technical bottleneck of the counter gravity casting technology in the superalloy large complex thin-walled castings was pointed out, and prospects of counter gravity casting techniques in the future were described.
