摘要
以十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷和四乙氧基硅烷为原料,合成烷基类SiO_(2)纳米颗粒(HD-SiO_(2)),再通过喷涂工艺整理到聚乳酸非织造布表面,制备具有疏水性能的纳米微球薄膜。对疏水非织造布的表面形貌、接触角、过滤效率、透气性,以及对油的循环吸附性能等进行分析与测试。结果表明,聚乳酸非织造布具有高效的除油效果,经过10次吸附-解吸循环后,仍然具有良好的油水分离性能。整理后的聚乳酸非织造布的断裂强力、过滤效率和透气性稍有降低,对织物总体性能影响不大。
Alkyl SiO_(2) nanoparticles(HD-SiO_(2))are synthesized with hexadecyl trimethoxy silane and tetraethoxy silane as raw materials,and then finished on the surface of polylactic acid nonwoven fabric by spraying process to prepare hydrophobic nanospheres film.The surface morphology,contact angle,filtration efficiency,air per⁃meability,and circulating adsorption performance of oil of hydrophobic nonwovens are analyzed and tested.The results show that PLA nonwovens have high oil-removing efficiency,and after 10 adsorption-desorption cycles,they still have good oil-water separation performance.The breaking strength,filtration efficiency and air permeability of the finished polylactic acid nonwovens decrease slightly,and have little effect on the overall properties of the fabrics.
