摘要
采用改进的熔喷加工工艺生产出的聚乳酸熔喷超细纤维吸油材料,所得纤维直径细,约为1~10μm,结构蓬松。测试聚乳酸熔喷非织造布与丙纶熔喷非织造布对于大豆油、大豆油废油、废机油、92#汽油、0#柴油的吸油速率及吸油倍率、压力下的保油性能、吸水率以及油水选择比。测试结果表明:聚乳酸熔喷超细纤维吸油材料对于5种油的吸油倍率分别为27.7、30.2、47.2、7.61和18.85倍,吸油性能显著优于丙纶熔喷非织造布;其在2 500 g砝码下重压5 min的保油率分别为38%、34.5%、25.3%、39.3%和58.33%,压力下的保油性能略低于丙纶熔喷非织造布。
PLA melt-blown superfine fiber oil absorption material made by the improved melt-blown processing technology features fluffy structure with diameter of about 1 ~ 10μm. The oil absorption rate and the oil absorbency,oil retention under pressure,water absorption and oil-water ratio of both PLA and PP materials to soybean oil,soybean waste oil,used engine oil,92#gasoline and 0#diesel oil were tested.The results showed that the maximal oil absorbency to five different oils of PLA materials were 27. 7,30. 2,47. 2,7. 61 and 18. 85 respectively,which was much better than that of the PP melt-blown nonwovens,while the oil retention under pressure to five different oils of PLA materials were 38%,34. 5%,25. 3%,39. 3% and 58. 33% respectively,which was slightly worse than that of PP melt-blown nonwovens.
