摘要
采用透射电子显微镜、拉曼光谱和比表面积测试法表征活性炭纤维布(ACFC)结构;通过单因素吸附模拟试验,探究吸附时间、温度、pH及干扰离子浓度对ACFC吸附重金属Ni^(2+)特性的影响,并进行吸附动力学和热力学研究。结果表明:ACFC上碳点分布均匀,粒径约为5 nm,比表面积为641.4 m^(2)/g,体积吸附量为350 cm^(3)/g;对Ni^(2+)的吸附时间约为600 min,受pH变化影响明显,最佳pH为7.0,吸附量随温度的升高而增大,离子浓度增大可以促进吸附作用;拟二级动力学模型与Freundlich吸附等温模型能较好描述吸附过程。
The structure of ACFC(activated carbon fiber cloth)is characterized by transmission electron micros⁃copy,Raman spectroscopy,and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method.The effects of adsorption time,tempera⁃ture,pH,and interfering ion concentration on the adsorption performance are investigated by single-factor ad⁃sorption simulation experiments,and the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics are studied.The results show that the carbon spots on ACFC are uniformly distributed with a particle size of about 5 nm,a specific surface area of 641.4 m^(2)/g,and a volume adsorption capacity of 350 cm^(3)/g;the adsorption time for Ni^(2+)is about 600 min,the adsorption is significantly influenced by changes of pH with an optimum pH of 7.0,the adsorption amount increases with the increase of temperature,and the adsorption can be promoted by the continuous in⁃crease of ion concentration.The adsorption process is in accordance with pseudo second order and Freundlich adsorption isotherm model.
