摘要
工程造价数据标准化有助于工程造价行业的信息化、数字化建设,建立统一的材料数据标准并在工程计价活动中加以有效应用,是打破数据壁垒,实现大数据综合利用的重要手段。文章阐述了材料数据标准的作用,通过某工程案例研究材料数据标准在工程计价中应用的现状和存在问题,分析了原因,探索统一工程计价文件材料数据标准的方法,通过建立适用于编制计价依据的材料库、适用于工程计价活动和材料价格信息采集发布的材料数据标准两套数据;再以工程计价为核心重新构建应用材料数据标准的路径,改进材料汇总方式方法,分析应用路径的实施要点和外部管理环境要求。
The standardization of cost data is conductive to the informatization and digitalization construction of the project cost industry. It is an important means to break the data barrier and realize the comprehensive utilization of big data that establish unified material data standard and apply them effectively in engineering valuation activities. This paper briefly introduces the definition and the function of material data standard. Through a project case, this text study the current situation and existing problems of the application of material data standards in project pricing, analyze the cause of the problem, and explore the method of unifying the material data standard of engineering valuation documents. The specific method is that establish two sets of material database. One is applicable to the preparation of pricing basis. Other is applicable to engineering pricing activities and material price information collectioning and releasing. Rebuild the path of applying material data standards with engineering valuation as the core. Improve the method of material summary, and analyze the implementation points of the application path and the requirements of the external management environment.
