摘要
近年来,高职院校突发事件的发生频率呈上升趋势,随着校园突发事件的发展、传播和影响,高职院校突发事件档案成为档案资源管理中的重要组成部分,高职院校突发事件的档案管理也逐渐引起档案工作者的重视,已成为高职院校档案部门的重要工作内容。研究和探讨突发事件的档案管理工作,具有至关重要的现实意义。因此在突发档案的过程中要运用科学的方法、规范的制度保证突发事件档案的质量。
In recent years,the frequency of campus emergencies in vocational colleges is on the rise.With its devel⁃opment,dissemination and impacts,the archives of emergencies in vocational colleges have become an important part of the archives management.The related situations in vocational colleges has gradually attracted the attention of archivists,and has become a crucial content of the archives department in vocational colleges.It is of great practical significance to study and discuss the archives management of emergencies.Therefore,in the process of emergency archives,scientific methods and standardized systems should be used to ensure the quality of emergency archives.
