摘要
藻际环境中,微藻与藻际微生物通过多种胞外产物进行一系列的营养物质交换、信息信号传递以及基因代谢调控。不同藻际环境具有特异性,在生物要素的物质循环、微食物环以及藻-菌(藻、其他生物)相互作用中差异显著。本文综述了3种微藻-小球藻(Chlorella)、杜氏盐藻(Dunaliella)和雨生红球藻(Haematococcus)藻际环境的藻际微生物多样性特征、相互作用机制以及微生态调节等方面的研究,旨在进一步加深对藻际环境生物多样性的理解,为通过藻际环境中的相互作用构建多功能藻-菌生物互作研究平台提供可操作的途径和理论基础。
A series of nutrient exchange, information signal transmission and gene expression regulation take places between microalgae and phycosphere microbes through a variety of extracellular products. Phycosphere is specific, and there is significant difference in the material cycle of biological factors, microbial loop and algae-bacteria interactions. In this paper, we reviewed the diversity characteristics, interaction mechanism and micro-ecosystem adjustment of microbial community in the three microalgae, Chlorella, Dunaliella and Haematococcus phycosphere, aiming to further deepen the understanding of the biodiversity of the phycosphere and provide an operational approach and theoretical basis for constructing a multi-functional algal-bacterial biological interaction research platform through the interaction in phycosphere.
