摘要
在新媒体视域下,培育“00后”大学生的法治思维,是中国实施全面依法治国发展方针的必然要求,必须明确新媒体的作用及价值,积极应对新媒体带来的负面影响。以新媒体发展为背景,分析新媒体在培育学生法治思维方面的优势,解读新媒体视域下“00后”大学生法治思维培育困境,进而总结具体的培育路径,以期培育法治理念,推动法治认同,提高法治主体自觉,从而协助学生形成法治思维。
From the perspective of new media,cultivating “post-00 s” college students’ legal thinking is an inevitable requirement for China to implement the development policy of overall rule of law.The role and value of new media must be clarified,and the negative impact of new media must be actively responded to.Taking the development of new media as the background,this paper analyzes the advantages of new media in cultivating students’ legal thinking,interprets the dilemma of cultivating “post-00 s” college students’ legal thinking from the perspective of new media,and then summarizes the specific cultivation path,in order to cultivate the legal concept,promote the legal recognition,and improve the consciousness of the legal subject to help students form legal thinking.
