摘要
依法治国背景下,依法治校是高等学校落实依法治国基本方略的必然要求。加强法治观教育是塑造大学生思想道德修养和提高法律素质的重要途径。当前,高校学生的法治观教育存在着高校和学生对法治教育的重要性认识不足,法治观教育的课程安排和内容不尽合理,法治观教育模式单一化,高校思政课教师师资力量不足等方面的问题。基于此,高校和师生都应加强对法治观教育的重视程度,丰富法治观念教育内容,完善法治观教育课程设置、创新教育形式,加强法治观教育师资队伍建设,以进一步提升法治观教育水平。
Under the background of governing the country by law, governing the university by law is an inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to implement the basic strategy of governing the country by law. Strengthening education on the concept of rule of law is an important way to shape the ideological and moral cultivation of college students and improve the quality of law. Currently, there are some problems in the education of rule of law for students in colleges and universities, such as lack of understanding of the importance of rule of law education, unreasonable curriculum arrangement and content of rule of law education, unitary education mode of rule of law education, and insufficient teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities. Based on this, universities, teachers and students should pay more attention to education on rule of law, enrich the content of education on rule of law, improve the curriculum setting, innovate the form of education, and strengthen the construction of teachers for education on rule of law, so as to further enhance the level of education on rule of law.
