摘要
芸薹属植物包含多种重要的油料作物和甘蓝、油菜、花菜等经济作物。根肿病是一种严重危害芸薹属植物的土传性病害。本研究通过总结近年来国内外芸薹属植物根肿病的相关研究报道,阐述了根肿菌生理小种鉴定、接种方法及抗性评价、抗性遗传机制、分子标记辅助育种等方面的最新研究进展,并展望了未来的研究趋势,以期为芸薹属植物根肿病的进一步研究及今后的抗病育种工作提供理论参考和研究思路。
Brassica plants contain considerable quantity of oil crops and economic crops such as Brassica oleracea var.capitata,Brassica napus,Brassica oleracea var.botrytis and so on.The clubroot disease is a serious soil-borne disease of Brassica species.In this paper,summarizes the domestic and overseas advance of Brassica clubroot disease in recent years,the latest research progress in the identification of physiological races,inoculation and evaluation of resistance,genetic mechanisms for disease resistance and molecular marker-assisted breeding were reviewed.At last,the research direction and possibility of Brassica clubroot in the future were discussed to provide theoretical reference on clubroot resistance breeding in Brassica.
