摘要
粉刺性乳痈在临床上属于疑难病,比较于其他乳腺疾病缺乏标准化治疗方案及全程管理的理念。现从“治未病”理论着手,从“未病先防”“既病防变”“瘥后防复”等三个阶段分别论述粉刺性乳痈的预防,从“塞流”“澄源”“正本”等三步阐述粉刺性乳痈的治疗,从防治结合的角度深入探讨,希冀中医中药可为粉刺性乳痈的全程化管理提供一点参考。
Compared to other mammary gland disease,acne breast carbuncle lack standardized treatment scheme and the ideology of whole process control,it is clinically knotty.This article set about from“preventive treatment of disease”,from“prevention before disease onset”“prevention of disease from exacerbating”and“prevention of recurrence”this three stages respectively discusses the prevention of acne breast carbuncle,from“stopping bleeding”“clarification of cause”“restoration of health”this three steps expound the specific treatment of acne breast carbuncle,this paper hopes that traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of acne breast carbuncle’s experience can offer some reference for the whole process control.
