摘要
针对铁路轨道工程数智化建造技术进行研究和探讨,提出数字化是开展制造、施工和运维等信息化、智能化的基础;信息化主要是在数字化基础上,依托平台开展信息交互、实时联动、信息协同,提升进度控制、质量控制和成本控制;智能化是在数字化和信息化的基础上,引入智能感知、智能传输、智能分析等技术,实现轨道工程建造和运营维护的自感知、自决策、自管控。轨道建造过程现场实际与平台信息互动是数智化的基础,动态实时分析交互数据,依据信息化平台实现尺寸精度、施工进度、工程质量、超限报警等功能,保障轨道工程最大限度实现管控,提升建设质量和进度。针对CRTSⅢ型板式和双块式无砟轨道,在昌赣、商合杭、黄黄等高铁实现了轨道设计、制造、铺设等建造全过程数智化应用,自主研发系列软件、工法、装备和信息化管控平台,对轨道建造全过程进行信息化管控,有助于提升我国轨道工程建造管理水平。
This paper carried out research and discussion on the digital and intelligent construction technology of railway track engineering, and proposes that digitalization is the basis of informatization and intelligence in manufacturing,construction, operation and maintenance;informatization is mainly to carry out information interaction, real-time linkage and information collaboration to improve progress control, quality control and cost control based on digitalization and relying on the platform;intelligence is to introduce intelligent sense, intelligent transmission, intelligent analysis and other technologies on the basis of digitalization and informatization to realize self-sense, self-decision and self-control in the construction, operation and maintenance of track engineering. During the track construction process, the interaction between the on-site actual situation and the platform information is the basis of digitalization and intelligence. The interactive data is analyzed dynamically and in real time, and functions such as dimensional accuracy, construction progress, project quality, out of limit alarm and so on are realized according to the information platform, so as to ensure the maximum control of the track engineering and improve the construction quality and progress. For CRTSⅢslab and double-block ballastless tracks,the digital and intelligent application of the whole construction process of track design, manufacturing, laying and so on has been realized in Nanchang-Ganzhou HSR, Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou HSR, Huanggang-Huangmei HSR and other high speed railways, and a series of software, construction methods, equipment and information management and control platforms have been independently developed to implement information management and control of the whole process of track construction, which contributes to improving the management level of track engineering construction in China.
