明挖隧道施工引起紧邻信号塔三维变形影响因素研究 被引量:3

Effects of Open Excavation Tunnel Construction on Three-dimensional Deformations of Adjacent Signal Tower

摘要 通过开展现场试验和三维有限元数值模拟,系统研究了海安高铁站站房明挖隧道(基坑)施工对邻近浅基础信号塔三维变形的影响。通过研究发现,明挖隧道施工作用下,超高信号塔的水平位移明显大于垂直位移。围护结构的角点和拐点处存在明显的三维约束效应,此位置的信号塔位移明显小于基坑中部的塔位移。明挖隧道施工至坑底时,信号塔位移随基坑-塔的水平净距增长呈现出先增加后降低的趋势。信号塔距围护结构0.56H(H为基坑最大开挖深度)时水平位移达到最大,距围护结构0.25H_(c)时沉降最大。当基坑围护结构从钢板桩过渡到1m厚地下连续墙时,信号塔水平位移的降幅高达98%。海安站房明挖隧道工程的围护结构很好地限制了信号塔位移,最大水平位移为43.2mm,产生的倾角(1/1 157)远小于建筑物的极限倾角(1/500)。 Based on the field test and three-dimensional numerical analysis, the influence of open excavation tunnel(basement) excavation on the three-dimensional deformation of the tower supported by shallow foundations is studied systematically. The horizontal movement of the tower is much larger than the vertical movement. Due to the three-dimensional effects at the corner and turning point of the basement, and the displacement of the tower at the corner and turning point is obviously smaller than that of the tower in the middle of the basement. Upon completion of the basement excavation, the displacement of tower increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of the horizontal distance between the basement and the tower. The maximum horizontal and vertical displacements are observed in the tower when it is located at 0.56H_(c)(H_(c)is final excavation depth) and 0.25Haway from the basement, respectively. By using a diaphragm wall with a thickness of 1 m to replace a typical sheet pile, the maximum horizontal displacement of signal tower decreases by 98%. The retaining structure used in basement of Hai’an Station can effectively restrain the tower displacement. The maximum horizontal tower displacement is 43.2 mm, corresponding to an inclination angle of 1/1 157, which is much smaller than the ultimate inclination angle of the building(1/500).
