基于GMM的深基坑围护墙水平位移与深基坑-隧道开挖全过程分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对深基坑-隧道施工存在的复杂耦合问题,以深基坑-隧道侧围护墙结构变形为研究对象,利用GTS NX有限元软件模拟深基坑-隧道全开挖施工过程,剖析围护墙变形演变规律。首先,建立深基坑-隧道全开挖模型,按照实际施工过程,分析深基坑施工过程中对围护墙的变形影响,并结合高斯混合模型(GMM)对围护墙的水平位移进行聚类分析。其次,对隧道开挖侧围护墙变形规律进行深基坑-隧道施工全过程分析,分析不同施工阶段下的结构变形。结果表明,利用GMM对深基坑不同施工阶段下的围护墙水平位移进行聚类分析后最大水平位移的簇所在范围为10~20m;深基坑开挖阶段围护墙水平位移和竖向位移受到多种因素共同作用,竖向位移与基坑开挖深度存在非线性关系;隧道进行施工时,隧道上方的围护墙竖向位移最大,两端竖向位移小;深基坑-隧道全过程施工情况下,深基坑施工引起的围护墙水平位移最大,隧道施工引起的围护墙竖向位移最大,在实际施工时应该重点进行加固。 In view of the complex coupling problem existing in the construction of deep foundation pit tunnel, taking the deformation of deep foundation pit tunnel side retaining wall structure as the research object, GTS NX finite element software is used to simulate the construction process of deep foundation pit-tunnel full excavation, and the deformation evolution law of retaining wall is analyzed. First of all, a deep foundation pit tunnel full excavation model is established.According to the actual construction process, the deformation impact on the retaining wall during the construction of deep foundation pit is analyzed, and the horizontal displacement of the retaining wall is clustered based on the Gaussian Mixture Model(GMM). Secondly, the deformation law of side retaining wall of tunnel excavation is analyzed in the whole process of deep foundation pit tunnel construction, and the structural deformation in different construction stages is analyzed. The results show that the cluster of maximum horizontal displacement of retaining wall in different construction stages of deep foundation pit is 10~20 m after cluster analysis of horizontal displacement of retaining wall by GMM;During the excavation of deep foundation pit, the horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the retaining wall are affected by many factors, and there is a nonlinear relationship between the vertical displacement and the excavation depth of the foundation pit;When the tunnel is under construction, the vertical displacement of the retaining wall above the tunnel is the largest, and the vertical displacement at both ends is small;In the whole process of deep foundation pit tunnel construction, the horizontal displacement of the retaining wall caused by deep foundation pit construction is the largest, and the vertical displacement of the retaining wall caused by tunnel construction is the largest.In the actual construction, reinforcement should be focused.
