摘要
以主跨430 m独柱式双塔双缆空间索面悬索桥顶推施工中拉锚器为研究对象,采用直接建模法建立有限元模型,阐述拉锚器与主梁连接的传力路径,研究拉锚器的局部受力状态并开展参数分析。结果表明,采用直接建模法简化拉锚器局部构件的分析方法具有概念清晰、计算快捷且安全可靠等特点;顶推牵引力在拉锚器各构件钢板间的传递使得拉锚器区域应力状态发生连续改变,各部件的合理尺寸设计是保障受力安全的前提条件。主受力腹板厚度对局部应力影响比较敏感,考虑板材厚度对强度的削弱影响,建议在适当增加主受力腹板厚度基础上增加加劲板的厚度来提高拉锚器的安全储备。
Taking the anchor pulling device of the single column double-tower double-cable space cable plane suspension bridge with a main span of 430 m in the incremental launching construction as the research object,the direct modeling method was used to establish the finite element model,elaborate the force transmission path of the connection between the anchor pulling device and the main girder,study the local stress state of the anchor pulling device and carry out parameter analysis.The results show that the direct modeling method is characterized by clear concept,fast calculation,safety and reliability.The transmission of the incremental launching traction force between the steel plates of each component of the anchor pulling device makes the stress state in the anchor pulling device area change continuously.The reasonable size design of each component is the precondition to ensure its stress safety.The thickness of the main stressed web is sensitive to the influence of local stress.Considering the weakening effect of the thickness of the plate on the strength,it is recommended to increase the thickness of the stiffening plate on the basis of appropriately increasing the thickness of the main stressed web to improve the safety reserve of the anchor pulling device.
