摘要
复杂曲线上的大吨位长距离顶推拖拉工艺是顶推拖拉施工中的一个难点,京新高速上地斜拉桥为独塔单索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥,全长510 m。其中B段212 m主梁采用单点连续顶推就位。顶推距离213 m,顶推重力2.5×105kN,为大跨度、大吨位、长顶程、复杂曲线上单点拖拉。施工设计中采取了一系列措施,大大降低了拖拉施工难度,保证了主梁拖拉的准确就位。介绍该桥拖拉部分的主梁结构设计、预应力配置、临时墩的设计以及拖拉施工过程计算等各方面内容,以期对其他类似工程有借鉴作用。
Incremental launching and hauling process with large-tonnage and long-distance on complex curve is a difficulty in construction of incremental launching and hauling method.The Shangdi cable-stayed bridge in Beijing-Urumqi Highway is a single-tower and single-cable plane prestressed-concrete bridge,which is 510 meter long.The 212-meter girder of section B in the bridge would be moved in place by means of single point continuous thrusting.The thrusting distance was 213 meter and the thrusting weight was 2.5×105kN,belonging to long-span,large-tonnage,long-distance single-point thrusting on complex curve.In order to reduce the difficulty of thrusting and ensure the accurate erection of the main girder,many measures were adopted in construction design.In this paper,the design for the thrusting construction of the bridge are described from some aspects,including the structure design of main girder,the arrangement of prestressing,the design of the temporary pier,the calculation of thrusting construction,and so on,with a view to providing a reference for other similar projects.
