摘要
PLC编程和触摸屏组态是机电类专业非常重要的两个知识技能,实训教学尤为重要。但受实训设备台套数不足、实训内容和方法单一等因素限制,实训效果并不理想。对此设计了基于博图软件和MCGS的仿真实训平台,以小车自动运料控制为例详细阐述了该平台的应用。该仿真平台能让学生有效参与到PLC编程和触摸屏组态训练中,实现程序调试的可视化,提高编程的灵活性和趣味性,增强学生学习兴趣和学习主动性,提升实训教学效果,降低硬件设备投入及教学成本。
PLC programming and HMI configuration are two important skills for mechanical and electrical major teaching,especially for practical training.However,the training effect is unsatisfactory due to insufficient training equipment sets,monotonous training content and methods and so on.A simulation training platform is designed based on TIA Portal and MCGS.The application of the platform is introduced in detail by taking the car automatic material transportion control as an example.Practical teaching shows that this simulation platform can enable students to participate in PLC programming and HMI configuration training effectively,realize the visual program debugging,improve the flexibility and interest of programming,enhance students’ interest and initiative in learning,improve the teaching effect,and reduce the input of hardware equipment and teaching cost.
