摘要
目的探讨优化急救护理流程在糖尿病低血糖患者中的应用。方法选择2020年7月—2021年7月厦门大学附属第一医院急诊科收治的糖尿病低血糖患者98例,随机分为对照组(采用常规护理)及观察组(采用优化急救护理流程),各49例。比较两组患者护理效果、低血糖并发症、苏醒时间和护理满意度。结果观察组护理有效率为97.96%,对照组护理有效率为83.67%,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.380,P=0.017)。对照组患者的平均苏醒时间为(68.49±15.97)min,观察组患者的平均苏醒时间为(52.82±15.21)min,两组患者平均苏醒时间比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.976,P<0.001)。对照组患者低血糖并发症发生率为14.29%(7/49),观察组患者低血糖并发症发生率为4.08%(2/49),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.854,P=0.028)。对照组患者护理满意度为83.67%,观察组患者护理满意度为100.00%,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.952,P=0.001)。结论糖尿病低血糖采用优化急救护理流程可提高患者的急救成功率、缩短恢复时间,被患者所认可,因此优化急救护理流程适用于糖尿病低血糖的急救。
Objective To explore the application of optimizing emergency nursing process in patients with diabetes and hypoglycemia.Methods A total of 98 patients with diabetes and hypoglycemia admitted to the emergency department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(routine nursing)and an observation group(optimized emergency nursing process),with 49cases in each.The nursing effect,complications of hypoglycemia,recovery time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing effective rate of the observation group was 97.96%,and the nursing effective rate of the control group was 83.67%,the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.380,P=0.017).The average wake-up time of the patients in the control group was(68.49±15.97)min,and the average wake-up time of the patients in the observation group was(52.82±15.21)min.The average wake-up time of the two groups of patients was compared,the difference was statistically significant significance(t=4.976,P<0.001).The incidence of hypoglycemia complications in the control group was 14.29%(7/49),and the incidence of hypoglycemia complications in the observation group was 4.08%(2/49),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.854,P=0.028).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 83.67%,and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 100.00%,the difference was statistically significant(Z=4.952,P=0.001).Conclusion The optimized emergency nursing process for diabetic hypoglycemia can improve the success rate of emergency treatment and shorten the recovery time of patients,which is recognized by patients.Therefore,optimizing the emergency nursing process is suitable for emergency treatment of diabetic hypoglycemia.
