摘要
小肽由2~3个氨基酸组成,其吸收过程具有耗能低、不易饱和、转运速度快等特点。绝大部分蛋白质通过降解成小肽的形式被机体吸收,小肽可提高动物对蛋白质消化率、抗病力和增强机体免疫力等,也可改善动物的肉质品质,更好地激发动物的生产潜能,小肽作为新蛋白饲料添加剂在畜牧生产中具有广阔的应用与研究前景。文章综述了小肽的吸收机制及其在动物生产中的应用,以期为相关研究与应用提供参考。
Small peptides are composed of 2~3 amino acids, and their absorption process has the characteristics of low energy consumption, not easy to be saturated, and fast transport speed. Most proteins are absorbed by the body by degrading them into small peptides. Small peptides can improve the animal’s protein digestibility, disease resistance and enhance immunity, etc., and can also improve the meat quality of animals and better stimulate the production potential of animals. As a new protein feed additive, small peptides have broad application and research prospects in animal husbandry.The article reviews the absorption mechanism of small peptides and their application in animal production, in order to provide references for related research and applications.
