实验室循环制冷设备的计算机控制系统设计

摘要 为了解决实验室制冷设备传统制冷系统制冷剂能量损失过大的问题,提出了一种液体单相循环引射制冷计算机系统。该系统无需任何外力驱动,在气液分离器与蒸发器接通后,高压制冷剂与液体制冷剂之间产生一定压差,形成引射效应带动高压制冷剂节流降压以达到制冷的目的。实验结果表明,在相同工况下,可循环式压差引射制冷系统的制冷量相较于现有的两相流引射系统提高了24.6%~45.9%,在有效减少能源消耗的同时大幅提升了系统制冷性能。 In order to solve the problem of excessive refrigerant energy loss in the traditional refrigeration system of laboratory refrigeration equipment,a liquid single-phase cycle ejector refrigeration computer system is proposed.The system does not need any external force to drive.After the gas-liquid separator is connected with the evaporator,there is a pressure difference between the high-pressure refrigerant and the liquid refrigerant,it forms an injection effect,drives the high-pressure refrigerant to throttle and depressurize,so as to achieve the purpose of refrigeration.The experimental results show that under the same working conditions,the refrigeration capacity of the recyclable differential pressure ejector refrigeration system is 24.6%~45.9% higher than that of the existing two-phase flow ejector system,which not only effectively reduces energy consumption,but also greatly improves the refrigeration performance of the system.
