摘要
利用植物生长过程中所需光环境三要素光照强度、光质、光周期的研究方法,为解决密闭农业生产系统的最优光照问题,设计了一种基于PLC的光调控植物跟踪生长系统,主要分为上位机和下位机。下位机的设计采用了PLC中的PWM脉宽调制方法,可智能化的对光环境三要素进行调控,在温度调控方面采用了模拟量输入模块。上位机采用了组态王kingview6.53软件可视化操作界面,既能在界面上选择相应植物光环境生产线,又可实时监控植物生长情况。实验结果表明:系统不仅可使光环境因素可控,而且大大降低了植物的"生产成本,为密闭农业生产系统的实际生产提供了有效解决措施。
The three dimensions of light environment needed for plant growth are light intensity, quality and photoperiod. In order to solve the problem of optimum illumination in closed agricultural production systems, this paper designs a plant growth-tracking system based on PLC, which is mainly divided into upper and lower parts. The design of the lower part adopts the PWM method in PLC, which can intelligently regulate the three dimensions of the light, and the analog input module is used as the temperature control. The upper part adopts the visual operation interface of Kingview software, which can not only select the corresponding light environment as a plant production line on the interface, but also monitor the plant growth in real time. The results show that the system can not only control the light environment, but also greatly reduce the "production cost" of plants, and provide effective solutions for the actual production of the closed agricultural production system.
