钛合金在新型水下航行器上的应用研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 进入21世纪,水中兵器、水下机器人、水下输送器、载人深潜器等新型水下航行器成为军民领域科学研究应用的前沿和热点。钛合金综合性能优异,在新型水下航行器上的应用有利于保障装备耐腐蚀、抗高压、轻量化等功能的可靠实现,可以有效提升水中兵器、水下机器人、载人深潜器等新型水下航行器整体技术指标。基于水下航行器用钛合金的物理力学特性,研究了国外、国内水下航行器用钛合金的研究和应用进展,总结了钛合金在新型水下航行器领域应用的重要性,分析了今后水下航行器应用钛合金技术发展方向,为钛合金在新型水下航行器上的应用提供参考。 In the 21 st century,underwater weapons,underwater robots,underwater conveyors,manned deep-sea vehicles and other new underwater vehicles have become the frontiers and hot spots of scientific research and application in military and civilian fields.Titanium alloy has excellent comprehensive performances.Its application in new underwater vehicles is conducive to the reliable realization of corrosion resistance,high pressure resistance,lightweight and other functions of the equipment,and can effectively improve the overall technical performance of new type of underwater vehicles such as undersea weapon,underwater robots,seal delivery vehicle,manned deep submersibles,etc.Based on the physical and mechanical properties of titanium alloys for underwater vehicles,the application research progress of titanium alloys in underwater vehicles at home and abroad were summarized.The importance of titanium alloys in the field of new type of underwater vehicles was summarized,and the technical development trend of titanium alloys for underwater vehicles in the future was pointed out.
