摘要
辐板是车轮受力的关键结构,对辐板进行优化设计,可在保证强度的前提下减轻重量,增强列车动力学性能。基于客户提供的现用50t轴重车轮接口尺寸,对车轮进行了结构设计,减重34kg。按照EN 13979-2020标准对新设计车轮进行了静强度及疲劳强度计算。结果表明:计算与测试结果满足标准要求,说明车轮设计合理,可投入商业应用。
The wheel plate is the key structure when the wheel serving.The optimization design of wheel plate can reduce the weight and enhance the dynamic performance of the train under the premise of ensuring the strength.Base on the interface size of 50 t axle wheel provided by customer,the wheel structure was designed and the weight was reduced by 34 kg.The fatigue and static strength were calculated of new design wheel according to EN13979-2020.indicating that the wheel design is reasonable and can be put into commercial application.
