摘要
以生物有机碳肥和蛭石为堆肥接种物,建立了塑料薄膜生物分解率测试方法,测试了PLA和PLA&PBAT 2种塑料薄膜在受控堆肥条件下的最终需氧生物分解能力。研究表明:以生物有机碳肥和蛭石为堆肥接种物建立的测试方法具有较好的有效性和精密度,能用于材料生物分解率测试;所测试两种塑料薄膜的生物分解率均大于90%,可用于替代传统塑料,且PLA薄膜的最终生物分解率和降解时间均明显优于PLA&PBAT复合塑料薄膜。
A test method for the biodegradation rate of plastic films was established,using bio-organic carbon fertilizer and vermiculite as compost inoculum,and the final aerobic biodegradability of PLA and PLA & PBAT plastic films under controlled composting conditions was tested.It was found that the test method established with bio-organic carbon fertilizer and vermiculite as compost inoculum is precise and effective enough to be used for the biodegradation rate test.The biodegradation rates of both tested plastic films are greater than 90%,which can be used as substitute for traditional plastics.The final biodegradation rate and degradation time of the PLA film is significantly better than those of the PLA&PBAT composite plastic film.
