摘要
近年来,科学普及越来越受到政府和社会的重视。通过了解国内外安全科学科普内容及方法的差异,重点分析了美国、俄罗斯、日本、韩国等国家关于校园安全教育的科普理念和方式。借鉴国外经验并结合我国科研人员进行安全科普的工作实际,探讨了目前国内校园安全教育科普理念、体系和方法存在的问题,探索性地提出我国应急安全科学中的中小学校园应急安全科普模式,以国家重点实验室等科研机构、国家自然科学专项基金委员会、高校教学科研型教师为主体,科技前沿企业深度参与,实现高等院校与中小学对接的新形式,对提升中小学生应急能力和安全文化传播进校园具有重要意义。
Science popularization has been paid more and more attention to by the government and society.By understanding the differences of popular science contents and methods of safety science at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the popular science concepts and methods of safety education in campus in developed countries such as the United States,Russia,Japan and South Korea.Drawing on foreign experience and combining with the actual work of Chinese researchers in safety science popularization,this paper discusses the problems existing in the current domestic campus safety education science popularization concept,system and method,and tentatively puts forward the campus emergency safety science popularization mode of emergency safety science in primary and secondary schools in China.With scientific research institutions such as the state key laboratories,the National Natural Science Special Fund Committee,and college teaching and research-oriented teachers as the main body,and with the deep participation of leading-edge enterprises in science and technology,it is a new form of docking between colleges and universities and primary and secondary schools,which is of great significance to improve the emergency response ability of primary and secondary school students and spread the safety culture into the campus.
