摘要
小球藻是一种具有众多优点和开发应用潜力的生物质能源,但环境因素对其产量的影响较大。本文采用控制变量法探究不同碳源对小球藻生长情况的影响,经过一个培养周期后,通过光密度值OD680、血球板计数和叶绿素浓度综合评价小球藻的生长情况。结果表明,以葡萄糖为碳源的小球藻的叶绿素含量处于中等水平,但其生长曲线和细胞密度均优于其他各处理组,因此葡萄糖是培养该品质小球藻最适宜的碳源。
Chlorella is a kind of biomass energy with many advantages and potential for development and application,but environmental factors have a greater impact on its yield.In this paper,the variable-controlling method is used to explore the effects of different carbon sources on the growth of Chlorella,after a culture cycle,the optical density OD680,blood counting chamber value and chlorophyll concentration are used to comprehensively evaluate the growth of Chlorella.The results show that although the chlorophyll content of Chlorella with glucose as carbon source is at a moderate level,its growth curve and cell density are better than those of other treatment groups,so glucose is the optimum carbon source for culturing this quality Chlorella.
