摘要
农村电商在促进乡村振兴方面具有重要的作用。进入新的发展阶段,农村电商仍需要探索高质量发展的新路径。在此,以国家级电子商务进农村综合示范县——龙门县为研究对象,采用文献研究方法与县域农村电商系统分析框架,分析龙门县农村电商发展现状与存在问题,从发挥政府主体作用,完善山区农村公共基础设施,鼓励一镇一特色、建立龙头电商企业,改革培训内容与形式、加大人才培训力度等方面,提出几点对策建议。
E-commerce in rural areas are playing an important role in rural revitalization and its approach of high-quality development needs to be explored.Longmen County,a national comprehensive demonstration county of e-commerce,is used to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the e-commerce development in rural areas in Longmen County.By using the literature research method and the analysis framework of e-commerce system at the county level,some countermeasures are discussed:giving play to the main role of the government,improving the rural public infrastructure,developing one town with one characteristic,establishing a leading e-commerce enterprise,reforming the training content and form,and strengthening the training of talents.
