摘要
城市更新过程中,既有建筑的改造需注重保留原有历史风貌,一般是在保留原有外立面不变的情况下,对原建筑进行内部结构置换,从而使其满足现代的使用需求以及安全规范。改建过程既要满足既有建筑的安全,又要满足永久性建筑结构体系的相关规范要求,因此,常常需要采用突破常规的施工技术。以黄浦区179街坊改建项目为实际案例,总结历史文化建筑改造项目实施过程中的施工难点及相应的关键施工技术,以期为今后同类工程提供技术借鉴。
In the process of urban renewal, because the transformation of existing buildings needs to pay attention to the preservation of the original historical style, the internal structure of the original building is generally replaced under the condition of retaining the original facade, so as to make it meet the modern use requirements and safety specifications.The reconstruction process should not only meet the safety of existing buildings, but also meet the relevant specifications of permanent building structural system. Therefore, it is often necessary to adopt construction technologies that break through the conventional ones. Taking the reconstruction project of 179 neighborhood in Huangpu District as an actual case, the construction difficulties and corresponding key construction technologies in the implementation of historical and cultural building reconstruction projects are summarized to provide technical reference for similar projects in the future.
