摘要
随着历史建筑分级保护的发展,＂热水瓶换胆＂这种既能保护建筑立面,又能实现内部结构更新的改造方式被越来越多的人所接受。本文将结合南京东路179号街坊成片保护改建工程,浅析＂热水瓶换胆＂式改造更新的措施和难点。
With the development of historical building classification protection,＂thermos bottle liner change＂renovation mode which can both protect the building facade and renovate internal structure is accepted by more and more people. In this paper, we will study the renovation project of No. 179 block East Nanjing road, and analyze the measures and difficulties in the renovation and renewal of the ＂thermos bottle liner change＂.
