摘要
姿轨控发动机高空模拟试验台采用真空引射系统维护试验的真空环境。真空引射系统组成庞大且复杂,在发动机试验过程中需要对表征其运行状态的各项参数进行实时监测,进而判断其运行状态。本文基于西门子S7-1200可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)硬件与LabVIEW软件的真空引射参数监测系统,实现了真空引射系统运行时相关参数的测量和实时显示,为发动机高模试验提供保障。
Vacuum ejection system is used in engine test to maintain the vacuum environment of engine high-mode test.The vacuum ejection system is large and complex,so it is necessary to monitor its running state in the process of engine test.Based on the CPU hardware of Siemens S7-1200 PLC and LabVIEW software,a vacuum Ejection parameter monitoring system is developed to realize the measurement and real-time explicit of the parameters of vacuum ejection,so as to provide guarantee for the high model test of the engine.
