摘要
为了延缓火灾在木结构建筑内部的蔓延,并研究防火板在竖向防火分隔中的作用,本文基于实体火灾试验,用防火板包覆部分木楼板及木梁,并在防火板背火面及室内设置热电偶监测温度变化。研究表明,防火板起到了一定的防火分隔作用;由于防火板与木楼板之间无缝隙,与木梁之间有缝隙,其传热形式分别为热传导和热辐射,热辐射的传热性能低于热传导。防火板采用普通气钉固定时,气钉受火承载力降低导致防火板脱离木楼板进而影响防火板的防火分隔作用,不建议采用普通气钉固定。
In order to delay the spread of fire in wood structure buildings and study the role of fireproof board in vertical fire separation,based on the fire experiment,the fireproof board is used to cover wooden slab and beams,thermocouples are set on the back fire surface of fireproof board and indoor to monitor the temperature change.The research shows that the fireproof board plays a certain role in fire separation.Because there is no gap between the fireproof board,and the slab while there is a gap between the fireproof board and the beams,the heat transfer forms are heat conduction and heat radiation respectively,and the heat transfer performance of heat radiation is lower than that of heat conduction.In addition,when the fireproof board is fixed with ordinary steam nails,the fire bearing capacity of steam nails is reduced,resulting in the separation of the fireproof board from the wooden slab,thus affecting the fire separation function of the fireproof board.It is not recommended to use ordinary steam nails to fix.
