基于小尺寸抛沙装备的灭木垛火研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于小尺寸抛沙装备研究沙灭标准1-A木垛火的灭火效果,利用K型铠装热电偶、红外热成像仪等仪器测量抛沙灭火前后木垛火的变化特征。结果表明,抛撒沙料能有效抑制木垛表面明火,灭火初期木垛上方火焰被压制,抛沙灭火30 s时木垛表面明火消失。沙料冲击下木垛不同位置的温度变化存在明显差异,温度下降幅度为:迎沙面最大、侧沙面次之、中心线最差。 Based on the small-scale sand throwing equipment,the fire-fighting effect of sand extinguishing standard 1-A wood crib fire was studied.The change characteristics of wood crib fire before and after sand throwing were measured by K-type armored thermocouple and infrared thermal imager.The results show that the sand can effectively inhibit the open fire on the surface of the wood crib,and the flame above the wood crib was suppressed at the initial stage of fire extinguishing,and the open fire on the surface of the wood crib disappears after 30 s of sand throwing.Under the impact of sand,there are obvious differences in the temperature changes at different positions of the wooden pile.The temperature drop range is shown as follows:the surface facing the sand is the largest,the surface at the side of sand is the second,and the center line is the least.
