摘要
目的探讨大黄䗪虫丸联合肝动脉栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌的效果。方法选取2019年8月—2021年8月医院收治的95例原发性肝癌患者,以患者的住院号为分组依据随机抽签法分为观察组48例、对照组47例。对照组行肝动脉栓塞术,观察组在对照组的基础上联合大黄䗪虫丸治疗。统计比较的临床疗效、肝功能、肿瘤标志物水平、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、直接胆红素(DBIL)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清学指标波形蛋白(VIM)、高尔基体跨膜糖蛋白73(GP-73)、趋化因子1(CXCL1)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在原发性肝癌患者肝动脉栓塞术治疗期间给予大黄䗪虫丸治疗有较好的治疗效果,能够降低患者的肝功能指标水平,抑制各项肿瘤标记物的表达水平,治疗安全性较好,可临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and liver function of Dahuang Zhezhuang pill(大黄䗪虫丸)combined with hepatic artery embolization in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods 95 patients with primary liver cancer treated in Jiaozuo Third People’s Hospital from randomly divided into August 2019—August 2021 were observation group(48),control group(47)according to their hospitalization number.The control group was treated with hepatic artery embolization,while the observation group was treated with rhubarb Zhezhuang pill.The clinical efficacy,liver function index,tumor marker level and treatment safety of the two groups.Results the observation group total effective rate in the was 85.41%(41/48),higher than 65.96%(31/47)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group levels of AST,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and direct bilirubin(DBIL)in the were lower than control group(P<0.05).The observation group levels of vimentin(VIM),Golgi transmembrane glycoprotein 73(GP-73)and chemokine 1(CXCL1)in the were lower than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 16.67%(8/48)and 10.64%(5/47)respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion Dahuang Zhezhuang pill combined with hepatic artery embolization is effective in patients with primary liver cancer,can improve the level of liver function indexes and tumor markers,has good safety and can be popularized in clinic.
