摘要
对黄颡鱼养殖过程中的主要病害“红头病”进行了致病菌的鉴定以及抗生素和生物防治试验。对比了抗生素、生物方法对迟钝爱德华细菌的防治效果。结果表明,采用生物防治的方法定期定量喷洒益生菌,能够明显抑制致病菌迟钝爱德华细菌繁殖,防止黄颡“红头病”的发生,解决黄颡鱼“红头病”难防难治的问题。
This article carried out the identification of pathogenic bacteria, conducted antibiotics and biological control tests of the main disease“red head disease”in yellow catfish(pelteobagrus fulvidraco). The control effects of antibiotics and biological methods on Blunt Edwardian Bacteria were compared. Results confirmed that regular and quantitative spraying of probiotics by biocontrol could obviously inhibit the reproduction of Blunt Edwardian Bacteria. The method could prevent the occurrence of“red head disease”symptoms, and make the“red head disease”symptom of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco under control.
