黄颡鱼“红头病”病原菌蜡状芽孢杆菌分离鉴定及药敏分析 被引量:17

Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test of Pathogen Bacillus cereus from Yellow Catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)with Red-head Disease

摘要 从患"红头病"黄颡鱼Pelteobagrus fulvidraco的肝、肾等组织中分离出致病菌,通过人工感染试验、生化鉴定及16S r RNA序列分析进行鉴定,采用K-B琼脂法进行药敏试验。结果表明:分离获得的优势菌株HHG有很强的致病性,鉴定为芽孢杆菌Bacillus cereus;该菌株对丁胺卡那、米诺环素、恩诺沙星3种抗生素高度敏感;对中庆大霉素、卡那霉素、新霉素、头孢哌酮等10种抗生素中度敏感,对头孢曲松、利福平和链霉素3种抗生素低度敏感,而对青霉素、苯唑西林、氨苄西林等14种抗生素具有耐药性。本研究结果可为有效防控黄颡鱼"红头病"提供参考。 Pathogens were isolated from liver and kidney of yellow catfish Pelteobagrus fulvidraco with red-head disease, and identified by artificial infection test, biochemical system and 16 S r RNA sequence analysis to investigate the cause of red-head disease in yellow catfish. In addition, a drug sensitivity test was carried out using K-B paper diffusion method. It was found that the superior strain HHG exhibited strong pathogenicity to yellow catfish and was identified as Bacillus cereus via biochemical identification and 16 S r RNA sequence analysis. The superior strain was shown to be highly sensitive to 3 kinds of drugs including Amikacin, Minocycline and Enrofloxacin, moderately sensitive to 10 kinds of drugs including Gentamycin, Kanamycin, Neomycin and Cefoperazone, and slightly sensitive to 3 kinds of drugs like Ceftriaxone Sodium, Rifampicin and Strepolin. The superior strain, however, was resistant to14 kinds of drugs including Penicillin, Ampicillin, Carbenicillin, and Piperacillin. The findings provide references with effectively prevent and control the red-head disease in yellow catfish.
