摘要
目的探讨思维导图在内分泌临床教学中的应用与效果。方法选取2020年1—12月当阳市人民医院内分泌科实习的实习生80名,按照带教举措将其分为两组,每组40名。按照教学方案分别命名为常规组与研究组。常规组采用常规、传统带教,研究组采用思维导图带教,探究两种带教方式的实施效果。结果①常规组沟通能力考核成绩、病历书写考核成绩、口试考核成绩、笔试考核成绩相比于研究组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②常规组理论考核成绩相比于研究组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③常规组操作考核得分相比研究组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④常规组带教满意评分相比研究组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图在内分泌临床教学中实施效果优异,此方案值得临床应用与普及。
Objective To explore the application and effect of mind map in clinical teaching of endocrinology.Methods Selected 80 interns for internship in the Endocrinology Department of Dangyang People's Hospital from January to December 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the teaching measures,with 40 students in each group.The routine group was taught by conventional and traditional teaching,and the research group was taught by mind map,to explore the implementation effect of two teaching methods.Results 1.Compared with the research group,the results of communication ability assessment,case writing assessment,oral examination and written examination were lower in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared with the research group,the theoretical test scores of the routine group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with the research group,the operation assessment score of the routine group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Compared with the research group,the satisfaction score of teaching in the routine group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind map has an excellent effect in clinical teaching of endocrinology,and this scheme is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
