摘要 临床路径教学法(CPTM)是将临床路径的理念运用于临床教学的一种教学方法,这种教学方法可以增加学生的学习热情,提升积极性,又可以减少学生学习的盲目性,培养学生发现、分析、解决问题的能力。内分泌学科具有专业性强、内容枯燥、知识点繁多但又相互联系等特点,在内分泌学科中将CPTM教学法联合其他教学方法(CBL、PBL、多媒体教学法、辩证思维教学法)应用于临床实习学生的带教中,更符合实际教学的要求,可以使医学生更好、更快的掌握内分泌学科得疾病,全面培养医学生的临床思维和临床实践能力。 The teaching method of clinical pathway(CPTM) is a clinical pathway concept applied to a teaching method of clinical teaching, this teaching method can increase students' enthusiasm for learning, enhance the enthusiasm, but also can reduce the blindness of students, cultivate students' ability to discover, analyze and solve problems. Endocrinology has a strong professional, boring content, but many knowledge points and contact each other, in the division of Endocrinology, CPTM teaching method combined with other teaching methods(CBL, PBL, multimedia teaching, dialectical thinking teaching method) used in clinical practice of students in teaching, can meet practical teaching requirements, and make medical students better and faster master the subject to endocrine diseases, cultivating medical students' clinical thinking and clinical practice ability.
