摘要
健康医疗大数据是国家重要的基础性战略资源,是医疗卫生机构的重要资产。在医疗卫生信息化的背景下,分析国内外研究与应用现状,探讨健康医疗大数据的主要来源和特点,以及该领域面临的机遇和挑战,提出相关问题;围绕健康医疗大数据治理,论述数据治理的内容管理、数据安全、数据质量、主数据管理及数据共享等问题和对策,为健康医疗大数据更好的实践应用提供借鉴。
Medical and health big data is an important basic strategic resource of the country and an important asset of medical and health institutions.In the face of medical and health informatization,the paper analyzes the status quo of research and application at home and abroad,discusses the main sources and characteristics of medical and health big data,and the opportunities and challenges,puts forward related issues.It also discusses the content management,data security,data quality,master data management,data sharing and other issues and their countermeasures of medical and health data governance for the better practical application of medical and health big data.
