摘要
随着全国统一的电子《无偿献血证》上线,无偿献血数据库管理已经迈入互联网时代。但对无偿献血领域数据管理的实时性和准确性,以及无偿献血激励机制相关数据流转的全国通用性和高效性也提出了更高的要求。伴随着近年来区块链技术的兴起,本研究提出了一个基于联盟链机制和权威证明(Proof of Authority,PoA)共识算法的无偿献血区块链系统的原型设计。该系统由各级卫生健康行政部门审批和授权,各地血站共同参与维护,并与各级医疗机构共享数据,能够准确、高效、快捷地进行无偿献血数据和用血数据的确权,做到全国统一、快速认证,防止数据遗失和篡改等问题。
As the national electronic certificate for voluntary blood donation works online,the database management of voluntary blood donation has entered the Internet era.However,people set higher requirements for the following two aspects:real-time and accuracy of voluntary blood donation data management system,together with national universality and high-efficiency of voluntary blood donation incentive mechanism related data flow.Recently,with the rapid rise of blockchain technology application,an alliance voluntary blood donation blockchain prototype based on PoA(Proof of Authority)consensus mechanism is designed in this research.The certain workflow of this system needs to be audited and authorized by health administration departments at all levels.All the blood centers and stations from every region participate and maintain the system,sharing data with medical organizations of all levels,in order to register the blood related data accurately,efficiently and rapidly when people finish the voluntary blood donation or blood transfusion.This design solves the problems of data losing and tampering,reaching the level of national-unity and fast authentication.
