摘要
基于2020年的30个省的数据,通过DEA模型和Moran’s Ⅰ模型研究了我国农村承包地经营流转的效率及其空间自相关关系。DEA分析法研究结果表明:华东地区的土地综合流转效率普遍高,西北地区的5个省份土地流转的效率都比较低。30个省中,上海、江苏、湖南、广东省的土地流转效率最高,云南省的土地流转效率最低。以30个省的综合效率值为基础,计算30个省综合效率值的Moran’s Ⅰ指数,结果表明土地流转效率为0.315,呈现空间正相关性,同时Moran’s Ⅰ指数的显著性水平很高,在99%的置信水平下存在空间集聚现象。基于此,提出提高农户法律意识,利用区块链等新型技术,地区带动、协同发展的建议来提高流转效率。
Based on the data of 30 provinces in 2020, the efficiency of rural contracted land management and circulation and the spatial autocorrelation of single variable are studied through DEA model and Moran’s Ⅰ model. The results of DEA analysis show that the level of land circulation in East China is generally high, and the level of land circulation in five provinces in Northwest China is relatively low.Among the 30 provinces, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Hunan and Guangdong have the highest efficiency of land circulation, while Yunnan has the lowest efficiency. Based on the comprehensive efficiency value of 30 provinces, the Moran’s Ⅰ index of the comprehensive efficiency value of 30 provinces is calculated. The results show that the land circulation efficiency is 0.315, showing a positive spatial correlation. At the same time, the significance level of Moran’s Ⅰ index is very high, and there is a phenomenon of spatial agglomeration at the 99% confidence level.Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the circulation efficiency by improving farmers’ legal awareness, using new technologies such as blockchain, regional driving and collaborative development.
