摘要
论文设计的舰载雷达伺服系统自动锁控制单元以单片机为核心,以串行通讯方式接收上位机控制系统的指令信号,通过单片机及外围电路对继电器进行控制,实现方位和俯仰电机的开、闭锁功能;同时,将锁状态信息实时反馈给上位机控制系统,并将锁的到位信号回示给单片机进行逻辑处理。所设计的自动锁控制单元提高了自适应性,同时简化了控制器与单元之间的信号线,也降低了到位信号的处理难度,实现了电机锁全自动化控制。
This article designs the automatic lock control unit for shipborne radar servo system.The unit takes single-chip microcomputer as the core,which receives the command signal of upper computer control system by serial communication.It controls relay by single-chip microcomputer and peripheral circuit to achieve the unlocking and locking function of the azimuth and elevation motor.At the same time,the unit feeds the lock status information back to upper computer control system in real time and the lock in-position signal is returned to the microcontroller for logic processing.The designed automatic lock control unit improves self-adaptability,simplifies the signal line between the controller and the unit,and reduces the difficulty of processing the in-position signal which fully achieves the automatic control of the motor lock.
