摘要高校是培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要基地,优良学风是高校实现立德树人根本任务的重要载体,加强校园学风建设、营造良好学习氛围,是高校深入贯彻党的教育方针、培养时代新人的重要环节。大一新生因其“新”的特征,处在适应大学学习生活的转型期,帮助新生在大一阶段培养自主学习能力、增强学习积极性尤为重要。高校中,辅导员作为学生成长成才的导师,在激发学生学习兴趣、引导学生养成良好学习习惯、掌握正确学习方法上发挥重要作用。对大一新生学风建设中面临的问题进行分析,探讨高校辅导员干预和处置此类问题的方法措施,进而引出针对大学新生学风建设实践路径的构建与创新。 Colleges and universities are important bases for cultivating qualified socialist builders and reliable successors.Excellent study style is an important carrier for colleges and universities to achieve the goal of“building morality and cultivating talents”.Strengthening the construction of campus study style and creating a good learning atmosphere are the links for colleges and universities to thoroughly implement the Party’s educational policy and cultivate new talents of the times.Important link for newcomers.Because of their new characteristics,freshmen are in a transition period to adapt to university study and life.It is particularly important to cultivate their independent learning ability and enhance their enthusiasm for learning in their freshman year.In colleges and universities,counselors,as the life mentors for students to grow into talents,play an important role in stimulating students’interest in learning,guiding students to develop good study habits and master correct learning methods.This paper analyzes the problems faced in the construction of freshmen’s style of study,discusses the methods and measures of college counselors to intervene and deal with such problems,and then points out the construction and innovation of the practice paths for the construction of freshmen’s style of study.
