摘要
MBTI以荣格心理类型理论为基础,由美国的凯瑟琳母女共同研发。在国外,因其严格的操作规程和极强的实用性被广泛应用于个体和家庭治疗、团队建设、教育学习以及生涯规划领域。将MBTI性格类型理论,广泛应用于大学生思想政治教育,除精细化就业指导外,还可以从专业适应与选择、情绪困惑与人际交往指以及个性化咨询三个方面探讨其应用,从而引导"00后"大学生更好地适应大学生活,解决内心困惑,学会合作关怀,成为新时代需要的合格人才。
The MBTI personality type theory is widely used in college students' ideological and political education.In addition to elaborate employment guidance,it can also explore its application from three aspects:professional adaptation and selection,emotional confusion and interpersonal communication,and personalized counseling.college students can better adapt to university life,resolve inner confusion,learn to cooperate and care,and become qualified talents needed in the new era.
